Information & Guidelines
Below you will find all the information and requirements relating to graduation for the class of 2025.

Ceremony & Rehearsal Details
Date & Time:
Ceremony: Saturday, May 17 at 10:00AM in the Gymnasium. Graduates should arrive by 9:00AM.
Graduation Rehearsal: Friday, May 16 at 10:00AM in Room 125/126/127. This is the only practice that will be held. IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ATTEND.
Caps & Gowns
Great Bay will cover the cost of your cap and gown. Items will be shipped to the address provided on your order. Orders can be placed here. The deadline to order is Sunday, April 6 at 11:59PM.
Guest Information
Please limit guests to four (4) per Graduate. Seating is on a first come, first served basis. Overflow viewing areas will be available on an as-needed basis.
Parking
Parking is available on campus on a first come, first served basis.
Please note parking is not permitted at the Passport Center and vehicles will be towed.

Intent to Graduate Form
Submit your Intent to Graduate Form by Friday, March 21, 2025 if you have not done so already.
Student Speaker Auditions
If you have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and are interested in auditioning to be our Student Speaker at Graduation, please email Brittanie Mulkigian, Director of Student Life.
Student Singer Auditions
If you are interested in signing the National Anthem at Graduation, please email Brittanie Mulkigian to schedule a time to audition.
PTK Members
Please remember to contact Kelly McDonough regarding PTK membership cords to be worn at Graduation.
Honors Cords for Degree Students
Honors cords for degree students to be worn at Graduation will be provided at rehearsal. Cumulative grade point average must be 3.30 or higher.
Student Veterans
Veteran cords to be worn at Graduation will be provided at rehearsal.
Outstanding Fees & Fines
ALL FEES AND FINES (library fines, etc.) MUST BE CLEARED BEFORE FINAL EXAMS. If these are not cleared before graduation, you will not receive your diploma.
Financial Aid Exit Counseling
All graduating students who have borrowed federal loans should complete the Financial Aid Exit Counseling online at www.studentloans.gov.
